Our procedure
The same rules for every parcel, whether you are a customer, a shop or a courier.
From the order to receiving the parcel, here is what happens.
On the shop's website, choose your region (or let the site locate you), your neighbourhood with a well-known landmark, and a delivery slot. Fees are shown before you confirm.
Pay by Mobile Money or Orange Money and send the transfer screenshot. The shop checks the payment before preparing the parcel. In Yaoundé, cash on delivery is possible when the shop accepts it.
Items are checked, packed and photographed. You get a message at every step, on WhatsApp and on the tracking page.
Same or next day, within your slot. The courier calls before leaving and again about 30 minutes before arriving. Keep your phone on and, if you pay on delivery, have the exact amount ready.
The parcel is dropped at a travel agency in Yaoundé. You receive the agency name, the receipt number and its photo. Allow 48 to 72 hours. Collect the parcel at the agency in your city with your ID card and the receipt number.
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. An item doesn't fit: you have 7 days after receipt to request an exchange or return (unworn, unwashed, with its tags).
To do for every order whose payment has been checked.
Check items, size and quantity. Pack neatly, tape it, write the order number on the parcel. Take a photo of the closed parcel.
In the dashboard, move the order to “Left the shop” and add the parcel photo. The customer is notified.
Send the delivery slip to the courier on WhatsApp (“Send the slip to the courier” button): they only get what the run needs, with no access to the site. Then mark “With the courier”.
Drop the parcel at the travel agency, enter the agency name and receipt number, photograph the receipt, then mark “Dropped at the agency” and “Shipped” when the bus leaves.
Mark “Delivered” (Yaoundé) or “Collected” (other cities) only once the customer really has the parcel.
Rules for a delivery run in Yaoundé.
The slip arrives on WhatsApp: order number, name, phone, neighbourhood and landmark, Google Maps link, time slot and amount to collect if any.
The number written on the parcel must match the slip. Never open a sealed parcel.
Call before leaving to confirm the address, then about 30 minutes before arriving.
Hand the parcel to the person on the slip (or to someone they name on the phone). Collect the exact amount if payment is on delivery.
Send “delivered” to the shop on WhatsApp. Customer absent: call twice, wait 10 minutes, then bring the parcel back and tell the shop.

Same or next day, within your chosen slot.
The parcel is packed and has left the shop.
The courier has picked up the parcel.
Heading to your neighbourhood. Keep your phone close.
The courier arrives in about half an hour and will call you on arrival.
